Return-Exchange and Refund Policy
Only unused and unopened items may be returned to Yodoit. Use is defined as any attempt to install, open or use an
item. Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 7 days of the
original receipt date. All non-defective products returned to Yodoit for refund are subject to a 20% restocking
fee(NO EXCEPTIONS). All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Contact Yodoit customer service for return request with problem statement
Submit to after-sales service center for approval examine and verify
Match return policy   ↓   Mismatch
Send you "RMA Number" Reasonable explanation
Ship us the products along with "RMA Number"
(note: pls follow our "package guidance" just in case)
After-sales center checks in then arranges for products test and makes test report on receipt of parcel
Match condition of return policy   ↓   Mismatch
Refund or exchange up to customer Return or abandon
Warm prompt
● If products match return policy, Yodoit accepts product exchange only when supply bottlenecks or out of stock
happens, refund is accepted.
● If products mismatch return policy, customer could request parcel return if needed, or just abandon it.
ADDITIONAL FILE AND GUIDANCE FOR YOUR REFERENCE
1. RMA and handling instruction
● RMA number: Get from our cutomer service/
● Number the products one by one and note down their corresponding models(be sure avoid brand name) as well as
problem descriptions. In addition, label the right number on corresponding product so as to identify and check.

2. Packing Guidance
Please pack the products with its original package as much as possible or else well pack the products with bubble bag
and use foam box as its outer package. Additionally, write "RMA Number" on the outer box for recognition.

As regards to the products do not fit our warranty policy or exchange and refund terms, or those are damaged by
